Today we have a special post from T. Lee Sizemore to tell us a little bit about A2 Z Press and The Best Little Online Bookstore, where you can find all of the books mentioned below and many more!
A 2 Z Press LLC is a small, but unique publishing house with something fun for everyone! Even budding authors. CEO, Lee Sizemore is a writer, editor, veterinarian, nurse, musician, artist, horse-lover and trainer, pet owner, educator, loves outdoor activities, cherishes her faith, and loves friends and family. She created A 2 Z Press LLC for authors who want to share her vision to make their words come to life on the pages of the written work they dream of. Some of the books are published in Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian.
Let me introduce the A 2 Z Press LLC authors:
Moira Andrew – is an English author with over 100 titles to her credit and has recently joined the author team with her creative and fun style of sharing stories with the young reader. She has many adult titles and her recent book Looking Through Water (Poetry Space) is a sensitive and thoughtful collection of poetry documenting her failing sight that is being recorded by the RNIB as a Talking Book for the blind. A few of her A 2 Z Press LLC titles are “Joe’s Astral Holiday,” where young Joe goes into space, “Nessie’s Baby,” about the famous Loch Ness monster who has a baby, and “Jelly Baby,” a young growing jellyfish who is learning to cope with the slow process of growing up as well as how he finds a forever friend.
Paula Curtis Taylorson is an English woman who is an educator and very talented poet who shares her talents in her ABC books that are cleverly written and filled with colorful pictures and words that start with the featured letter.
James ‘Rick’ Highsmith is a disabled veteran in Daytona Beach, Florida who has written a lovely and delightful book about three search and rescue dogs from Minnesota, USA, who overhear their owners say, “We’ve lost Christmas.” The three dogs set out on a journey around the world to arrive in Bethlehem to experience a reenactment of the first Christmas. Along the way, the dogs meet many friends who love them like their own. Rick has chosen to venture out on a second chance in life after his devastating motorcycle accident that left him paralyzed. All proceeds from this book are given to purchase a handicap van for the
author.
Katherine A O’Brien – is a new author from the Atlanta, Georgia area who created a couple darling stories that she wanted to see in print. Her story about “Chilly: The Lost Little Snowboy Ornament” Is about a little snowboy ornament that is loved by Sally. Sally takes him off the family tree to accompany her all day, but loses him! Oh, no! They reunite after some tense moments and Chilly is returned to his home tree and knows that ‘there is no place like home.’ Her second book, “Just Right,” is a sensitive look at bullying and is about six children who meet at the playground and ask Eddie’s Grandpa if they are ok. Eddie’s Grandpa affirms they are ‘Just Right!’
Réne Curtis – is an author from South Africa with two autistic boys she loves dearly. She wanted to create a title to let every child know that not everyone is the same, but everyone is treasured and lovable and valuable! She is a talented artist and has created a sensitive book about autism in her “Not All Fairies Are
the Same.”
- V. Everts – is an author who currently lives in Rome, Italy with her husband and their Golden Retriever, Texel. Texel is a mischievous Golden and I. V. Everts wrote a book about all her antics titled, “Golden Tales: Havoc in Rome.” There are not only 15 fun stories about Texel’s troubles, but each chapter tells something of the wonderful attractions in the Eternal City of Rome, including the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Vatican City, Trevi Fountain and more! I. V. Everts second book published with A 2 Z Press LLC is “Chasing Nightmares” – a thriller about two girls who met in the orphanage they were raised in, but later find they are more than just friends, they are sisters and they find their mother and the truth about their lives and the reason they share an identical nightmare. If you like thrillers, this is a gem.
Robert Shepyer – is a successful writer, screen-writer, and director in California who wrote a wonderful story retelling some of the well-known Bible stories and used a Bird of Paradise to narrate his lovely story. Robert also includes many references to our present society and the many things that have caused a collapse in society in the past. History does repeat itself, but mankind seems to continue to try to live and succeed.
Will Pizio PhD – is a professor in North Carolina who wrote a book to help every student succeed and thrive as they take the plunge into college after high school. This title is filled with tips and good advice to help the
new student and their family.
Denise Prado is an artist and now author from Brazil who has illustrated several books for A 2 Z Press LLC and decided she wanted to have her own story in print. She wrote a sweet story about a hen who thinks she is the most important one in the barnyard, but meets a kind and thoughtful duck who teaches her about friendship and loyalty. This is fun for everyone
Karl A Schultz is a long-time author who has written many books for adults about the Catholic faith and faith-based topics. He ventures into the children’s genre and created this little book about “Respect” and its sister book about how “It’s Cool to Follow the Golden Rule” that is currently being illustrated. Karl uses Moose Manners, the Courteous Cow to help children see how respect enhances their lives and friendships.
Sheila – is an award-winning author who is a talented poet from New York who created fun topics for the young reader. Her topics are about a “Poem Inside of Me,” “Grandma’s Garden,” “Grandpa’s Tools,” “The Fauna and Flora” in the forest, a “Day at the Zoo,” and “I Want to Look for Bugs.” Each title is filled with colorful pictures and information the young reader will not even know they are learning so much as they read along.
Dr. Matemavi – is an award-winning author who is a transplant surgeon who created a lovely title about 75 inspiring women who overcame many challenges to become surgeons.
And Joy McKay has recently joined the author team with her soon-to-come charming children’s book about a little girl who doesn’t quite fit the mold as a dancer, but she has the heart of a dancer and she dances anyway!
David R Morgan – is and English writer who is an award- winning author and educator. David loves to write and is creative and he provides information in a sublte way that allows the the young reader to read and learn about the world around them. He has over 40 titles with A 2 Z Press LLC that include children’s picture books about everything from butterflies and snails to turtles and the creatures in the deep areas of the ocean. He has created a series about a young girl in a wheelchair named Winnie who has many adventures despite her limitations. David has also written 2 wonderful novels, “The Strange Case of William Whipper Snapper” about a young boy who finds a silver case that grants wishes, but the wishes go terribly wrong and then the fun ensues! and “The Magic Tape,” a story about friendship and courage as Tristan saves the World of Harmony and this title is filled with music metaphors as well as adventure and hear-warming
friendship.
CEO, T Lee Sizemore, has written several books of her own – 3 are the first in a series of basic and easy to-understand care for the pets they love. D is for Dog, C is for Cat, and H is for Horse have been written for families and young adults to learn the very basics of care for these pets. The Little White Kitten and Her Little Red Mittens is about a kitten who loves her red mittens and loses them. She is very sad and finds them on the paws of another kitten. She discovers the joy of sharing and giving despite her loss and sadness. Very cute for the young readers. Lee Sizemore has also created several faith-based devotionals she titled Lighting Candles for thought-provoking short stories for readers. The Magic of Christmas was one of T Lee’s first works about a young boy, Matthew, who no longer believes in Santa. After having a unique and magical experience with Santa, he believes again! Divine Designs is also one of T. Lee’s titles about the amazing animals we have all around us and a cute story about angels in heaven designing them to the opposition of the boss angel, but the approval of the Creator!
