Emote is my latest series of themed abstract work, featuring greens, blues, and gold.

A lake surface of green and blue hues fills me with so many different emotions at different points in time. Growing up in the land of 10,000 lakes means spending my formative years on or around water. Fishing with grandparents, watching boats and barges drift by, collecting clams and turtles, being soaked by a Labrador fresh out of the lake……many happy moments ….and much sorrow…….but always there is the waterside.

Emote 1.0 is a 24×24 gallery wrapped canvas. (1.25 inch depth)
Emote 2.0 is a 12×12 inch canvas with a 3/4 inch depth.
Emote 3-13 are on 8.3×11.7 inch polypropelene paper.

Am are created with alcohol inks, isopropyl, gold leaf, and metallic laxatives, using droppers, canned air, and a heat gun.
