Gluten Free Glazed Cinnamon Rolls

We are busy, busy, busy getting ready for fall, school, and acclimating to being a bigger family, but we still need to make sometime for the yummy stuff!

Glazed Cinnamon Rolls (Gluten Free, Egg Free)

  • 1/4 packed brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1 stick melted salted butter
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • 3 cups gluten free flour mix
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Place half of melted butter in bottom of 9×13 in baking dish.

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Mix flour, milk, gelatin, and granulated sugar together. Sprinkle rolling surface with flour. Roll out dough into rectangle,  roughly 16 inches long. Spread remaining butter on dough.  Sprinkle dough with brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll dough into long tube. Cut the tube into slices about 1 1/2 inches thick. You should have 10-13 slices. Place slices on sides in baking dish, not touching each other.

Bake 18-20 minutes.




Melt cream cheese and mix with powered sugar.  If it is too thick, add a tablespoon of milk.

Once rolls have cooled five minutes, spread cream cheese mixture over rolls.

Let sit another five minutes and serve.
