Time is flying by, but it always does. I am not one of those days are long, but years are short people. I have always felt the days were far too short as well. They really ought to be 36 hours. How else can anyone get anything done? Mory recently went through a huge growth spurt. I don’t know how much she weighs, but her head is suddenly huge and none of her little sleepers fit. I stuffed her into an old outfit of Wyn’s for Thanksgiving so she wouldn’t be in pajamas all day. It was a six month and just barely fit. Not one of those itty bitty Gerber brand six month outfits, but a normal sized one. I might have to run over to Carter’s this weekend to ensure the poor girl has something to wear after this week. She is just so adorably fat compared to her siblings at this age. She’s like a Shar Pei puppy with little rolls everywhere and the hugest cheeks. I love it.
I’ve been spending a ton of time taking the double stroller out to the mall for holiday shopping while Lucky is at preschool. Wyn loves going to the play center, and I love sitting with a coffee. even if it is a huge pain pushing that stroller between aisles, it gets us out.
After weeks of slathering oil all over the baby’s head and gentle combing, I think I have most of the cradle cap off. It had gotten so bad, and she looked awful. That stuff was like cement and starting to smell funny. I have no idea what the purpose of cradle cap is, or if it has a purpose.
Time to go make Christmas cookies!
