One Month

We made it.

My big girl is a big eater, so I have been concerned about my milk supply. I have been drinking lactation tea, but I think my biggest issue is simple hydration. The never ending virus is still strong after four weeks. Four weeks of feeling like death. Four weeks of pouring mucus and coughing. Four weeks of feeling like a dried out sock. no wonder my supply feels low. There is no liquid left in me. Gross.

I bit off a little more than I could chew when it comes to work-y stuff. Actually I bit off way more than I can chew and I’m feeling the chaos growing.  Hopefully I can get caught up and eventually give my house the scrub down it really needs. This place is gross.

Gross is a running theme around here.

It is the perfect word to describe my postpartum belly right now too. Any weight loss tips for a mom of many who literally doesn’t have time to brush her teeth? I am already consuming too few calories, so I am not sure what to do.

At least Baby Mory is doing well. We have a one month wellness appointment on Friday. I am guessing she is around 13 pounds. I hope so, since then I would stop worrying about my supply. Her suck is kind of weak, so I have been pumping a lot!
