Mory has been sleeping in our empty upstairs living room. It has no furniture, and won’t for quite some time unless we win the lottery, so it makes sense to put her there. We all sleep better.
My basement office has been coming along very slowly.
With the weather change, I spend a lot of time on the deck, since we got some patio furniture. Of course, it would be better if I were actually working while out there…….I have good company though since Lucky likes to hang out with me.
I think I might be keeping my plants alive this time. After so many moves and not so many sunny windows, they are doing well enough that I decided to once again snip some baby cacti off the big one and attempt rooting them. Funny enough, a jade plant I had pronounced dead, is now thriving after I dumped it outside where it was flooded, then frozen, then baked, then flooded again. Apparently, major plant abuse is better than the loving care I give them.
If you’re keeping something alive, then I’d say you’re no longer a black thumb. That title belongs to me. 😉
Ha! I know the feeling. I left the jade plant outside.
My kids should be thankful I hve gotten them this far.
