In whatever amounts you prefer or have in your fridge:
- Romaine
- Spinach
- Turkey slices
- Hard boiled eggs
- Red bell pepper
- Black olives
- Shredded cheese
- Avocado
- Ground black pepper
- Djon mustard
- Lemon juice
Turkey burger and veggies with sliced avocado
- Frozen turkey burger patties cooked in the frying pan.
- Frozen stir fry vegetables sauteed in olive oil, with garlic, hot chili powder, salt, and pepper. (Spices all from Penzeys. )
- Top with yummy fatty sliced avocado.
Brats and Sauteed veggies
- Brats grilled to taste
- Pea pods
- Orange and yellow bell peppers
- Garlic
- Sea salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
- Hot red pepper fakes
Stir fry veggies and seasoning on medium high until beginning to slightly char.
You can totally cheap out with some frozen veggies from time to time, and who says it all has to be big piles of meat?
